2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers paying via COD must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

• The order will only be shipped to the provided address, and payment must be collected in full by the delivery agent.

• COD is available only for eligible regions and may be subject to a minimum or maximum order amount, if specified.

3. Credit/Debit Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard)

• Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

• The amount will be charged immediately at the time of placing the order.

• We do not store your card details on our servers; all transactions are encrypted and comply with industry security standards.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Orders paid via card are confirmed automatically once the payment is successful.

• Orders placed via COD are confirmed once the order is accepted and processed by our team.

5. Failed Payments

• In case a card payment fails, the customer will be notified to retry the payment or choose an alternative payment method.

• Orders with failed payment will not be shipped until successful payment is received.

6. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
